01 What Is Your Lead Time?Β 

Our estimated dispatch time is 15-20 Working Days, depending on order complexity, for all custom size splashbacks.Β 

As soon as your order is ready it will be dispatched on an express delivery and full tracking details will be supplied via text message or email, depending on the courier.

Please note the lead times above are only a guide and do vary based on our current workload. Should you need an order sooner or if you want to confirm our current lead time please get in touch. We operate Monday - Friday and are closed weekends and bank holidays.

We recommend that you don't book anyone to fit your glass splashback until it has arrived safely and has been checked over by yourself.

02 Where Do You Deliver To?

We ship our glass splashbacks to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland. If you are elsewhere please get in touch and we can provide a quotation for shipping.

Our splashbacks are all dispatched with a fully tracked courier. Tracking details will be provided once your item has been dispatched via text message or email, depending on the courier.

03 How Are Your Splashbacks Delivered?

Are splashbacks are delivered Monday - Friday with a fully tracked courier.

Our splashbacks are packed with polystyrene protection around all edges, inside of a cardboard box with fragile tape.

Some of our larger splashbacks or shaped panels are delivered in a wooden framed parcel for added protection.

As soon as your order is ready it will be dispatched on an express delivery. Full tracking details will be supplied via email or text message, depending on the courier.

04 I Need My Splashback ASAP. Can I Pay Extra For Quicker Delivery?

No, we don’t offer an express service. We manufacture our splashbacks in the order they are placed by customers.

05 I Have Had Tracking Information But My Splashback Has Not Arrived

Our splashbacks are all sent on an express delivery service and are usually delivered within 2 working days of dispatch.

Please check the tracking information provided to get an update on your delivery.

If the tracking information has not updated or is not working please reach out to use via email at info@directsplashbacks.com and a member of our team will investigate. We will respond within 1 working day.

06 I Ordered Multiple Splashbacks But Not All Of Them Have Arrived

We’re really sorry to hear that not all of your splashbacks have arrived at once.

We dispatch all parts of your order at the same time. However, on some occasions splashbacks can be delivered separately, especially the larger panels.

We recommend checking the provided tracking information to see where your missing splashback is.

If the tracking information does not provide you with any information on the missing splashback, please email info@directsplashbacks.com with the your order number and details of the missing splashback.

Our friendly team will respond within one business day and get your issue resolved as quickly as possible.

07 It Has Been Over 20 Working Days And My Splashback Has Not Arrived

We’re really sorry that your splashback has not arrived in our estimated lead time.

Please reach out to us via email at info@directsplashbacks.com with your order number. A member of our team will investigate and respond within one working day.

Please note our estimated lead time is 15-20 Working Days. Our working days are Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays and our annual Christmas Break.

The lead times provided are intended as a guide and may vary depending on our current production schedule. Please remember this is a bespoke product, made to order, and sometimes delays can occur.

08 Can I Collect My Order From Your Premises?

No. We currently don't allow customers to collect their order from our premises. All orders are sent out on an express delivery with a fully tracked courier.
